What we offer:

At Sky’s the Limit Disability Services, we provide practical NDIS supports that focus on building everyday skills, confidence and independence.

While some supports are hands-on, our approach is always about working alongside participants to develop routines, skills and strategies that support greater choice and independence over time.

Blindness and low vision support

We have experience supporting people who are blind or have low vision to build confidence and skills in everyday life. This includes support with daily routines, orientation in familiar environments, and developing practical strategies for independence at home and in the community. Our team understands the importance of dignity, choice and consistency, and works alongside participants to support their individual goals.

Daily living and home routines

We support participants to build practical daily living skills and sustainable home routines. This may include support with cleaning, gardening, household organisation, and managing everyday tasks such as bills, budgeting and administration. Our focus is on helping people develop skills and systems that support independence over time.

Community participation and social connection

We support people to connect with their community in ways that are meaningful to them. This may include social activities, recreation, appointments or events that support wellbeing and confidence. Our approach focuses on building confidence, familiarity and choice in community settings.

Travel confidence and transport support

We support participants to travel safely and confidently in their community. This may include transport to appointments, shopping, or social activities, with a focus on building familiarity and confidence in everyday travel. Assistance animals are welcome.

What our clients say about our approach:

We focus on building confidence, skills and independence through everyday supports. Here’s what our clients say about working with us:
“I appreciate all that the company has been providing me since I started, it is a wonderful group of caring individuals who have always gone above and beyond for me. I was recommended by a friend of mine who was involved with support services and asked her if the company had anyone in my area that could help me and I was lucky enough to have had Ivana as my support worker and I cannot speak highly enough about her, she is thorough, diligent, dedicated and helps me no end.”

They provide an exceptional service and are professional and caring. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for support.”

How our supports work in practice:

Our supports are shaped around your goals, and designed to build confidence, skills and independence over time.

We start by getting to know you; your goals, priorities, routines and what matters most to you in everyday life. This helps us understand how support can be most useful and meaningful for you.

Together, we design supports that align with your NDIS plan and focus on building practical skills, confidence and sustainable routines. Supports are shaped around your goals and reviewed as your needs and confidence grow.

We carefully match participants with support workers based on needs, preferences and experience. Consistency and reliability are prioritised, so support feels safe, respectful and predictable.

Supports are delivered in partnership, with a focus on building confidence and capability in everyday life. We adapt supports over time as goals are achieved and independence grows.
