At Sky’s the Limit, we understand how the right support worker can make all the difference to your experience. That’s why we’ve assembled a diverse team of over 30 skilled support workers from various backgrounds and ages, to ensure we can match you with someone who fits your unique needs and preferences.
While there are too many support workers to introduce on this page, we offer a free meet and greet service, so you can personally select the perfect match for your requirements.
Meet our founder and Managing Director – Tim
Leading our dedicated team is Tim, our Managing Director, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from over 30 years of dedicated service in the disability and community sectors. Tim’s extensive background includes valuable experience with disability sporting and recreation groups, allowing him to deeply understand the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. His experience in the disability sector has also provided him with keen insight into the NDIS.
What sets Tim apart is not just his experience, but his passion for
addressing critical issues and working tirelessly to break down barriers
that often limit opportunities. Tim has been legally blind since birth and is an NDIS participant himself. His personal experience navigating the challenges of visual impairment has driven the creation of Sky’s the Limit Disability Services. He is driven by the belief that everyone should have the chance to achieve their dreams and live life to the fullest.
Meet our Client Services Manager - Sheree
Sheree is our Client Services Manager and she embodies kindness and friendliness. She goes above and beyond, bending over backwards to ensure that each client receives the right supports tailored to their unique needs. Her unwavering dedication to matching individuals with the perfect services is a testament to our commitment to providing personalised, caring and effective support.
Meet our Finance Manager – Sally
Sally serves as our finance manager and plays a pivotal role in our operations. With meticulous attention to detail, she manages all financial matters, ensuring the invoices are paid promptly and the financial aspects of our services run smoothly. Her expertise in financial management helps us
maintain the utmost transparency and reliability in our support services.
Meet our Compliance Manager - Danielle
Dan is our Compliance Manager and she takes pride in being a nerd! She is very thorough and works hard to ensure we comply with approach and expertise in compliance, ensures we run smoothly and are able to provide the best support workers around.
